Are you a solid B rider who has “Completing a Century Ride (100 miles)” as one of your goals for this season? Well then, you are in luck because this year, BTCNJ with the help of 2 long-time members is offering a great way for you to train for this lofty goal while enjoying some fantastic riding!  Ralph Pantuso and Margaret Fontana will be leading a series of 9 B-level rides starting in early May and culminating with their now-famous Annual Arden Valley Hill Festival Ride on Saturday, July 22nd.

Ralph has been a BTCNJ  member for well over 30 years and leads the popular Thursday Morning Social Ride as well as several other outstanding rides throughout the season.

Margaret Fontana is also a long-time club member and one of the most popular B Ride Leaders in the club and the B Lieutenant. Together, they offer a wealth of ride-leading experience so that you can be sure that you are in good hands whenever you are on one of their rides.

The dates of these rides are as follows. Please note that full details about each ride are on the BTCNJ ride schedule, which is part of the BTCNJ.com website. So sign up today and join Margaret and Ralph in training for that century… while enjoying some great riding!

Ride. But the more training rides that you do, the better you will be able to complete and enjoy both the Arden Valley Ride and the Ramapo Rally.

Hopefully Margaret and Ralph’s Arden Valley training series will inspire other Ride Leaders to develop their own training series.
