September 2016 Meeting

On Thursday, September 8, BTCNJ’s longtime member Cyndi Steiner will present to us updates from the New Jersey Bike & Walk Coalition (NJBWC), a leading advocate for, yes, you’ve guessed it, bikers and walkers.Well, for those of you who don’t know, Cyndi is the Executive Director at the NJBWC, and she’s going to explain exactly how they advocate and what it means to us.

Rather than explain it all here, just come to the meeting and hear it directly from Cyndi!

Future Membership Meetings
Coming up at our meetings for this fall, we’ll have Mark Simendinger and Howie Cohen coming in to tell us all about the cross-country bike ride they took this past spring. And in November, Shepard Grinker, from the Tenafly Bicycle Workshop, will explain how to prepare for cycling in the colder temperatures so we can keep cycling in comfort over the winter.
