Recovering from a ride is something we all look forward to and need. For some, it’s a hot shower or a dip in the pool. Others like to head to the local tavern with their cycling buddies for a cold beer or drink. But Steve Kim, founder of MustGear, has come up with a new way to recover from that workout. And you can do it as soon as you hop off your bike or even while still on the ride!
