No Pain No Gain
Thursday, February 8—7:00 PM
Sick of winter? Missing outdoor cycling? Thinking of indoor training but want to know more?
Well you’re in luck! Our February Membership Meeting will feature a presentation from the Pain Cave.

Pain Cave Cycling, located in the Wyckoff Family YMCA, is a studio utilizing Wahoo Kickr Smart-Trainers to create high-intensity, power-based workouts for road cyclists, mountain bikers, and triathletes.
Co-owner/trainer Paul Hackett will describe Pain Cave and the benefits of indoor training. Paul is a USAT Level 1 certified coach and has finished the Kona 2015 Iron Man. His co-owner, Andrew Jessup, is also an Iron Man finisher.
Pain Cave’s motto is “Train with Power…or Stay Slow.” They can duplicate race conditions with their software to re-create race courses “virtually”…a huge advantage for athletes desiring a realistic training session!
Also at Pain Cave:
- Mountain bike, road bike, and tri bike compatible
- Teams welcome
- Threshold power and power profile testing available
- Track your power gains and target goals with their software
- Pre-ride your favorite trail, race course, or training ride in their studio, and crush it for real outside!
Come to the February Meeting to learn more!
