THE BTCNJ YEAR-IN-REVIEW
It’s been a year in the making, featuring a cast of thousands, and filmed in hundreds of locations around the world! Come relive the excitement of the trips, the rides, and the club events of 2014. Or come and see what fun you could have been having if you had gotten off that couch and gotten on to your bike.
Once again, Marc Soloff, our club multimedia impresario, has put together a show for the ages. After culling through over 1,000 photo and video submissions, he’s put together another exciting wrap-up of the 2014 BTCNJ cycling season. From Narragansett to Amagansett, and all the trips and rides in between will be featured. And also see the fun we had off our bikes at the Anniversary Party and Club Picnic. It goes without saying that there will be plenty of photos from last year’s Ramapo Rally!
This is sure to be the hottest ticket in town. So get there early because it’s going to be another SRO crowd! And for those of you that are still hungry after the December Pot Luck Food Fest, there will, as always, be plenty of food after the meeting where you have an opportunity to mingle with the show’s stars.
Volunteers are still needed to help with the refreshments at our meetings. Please let Alan Scherl ([email protected]) know if you are interested he’ll let you know what months are available.
We also need one or more volunteers to run this years’ ice cream social at the July meeting. Barbara Klein and Doug Chuka, who have been serving up the cool treats for many years will be taking a sabbatical this summer and will be unavailable. They will be sorely missed but as Ethel Merman used to say “The show must go on!”
